Vocabulary learning with a clear purpose.
Preparing for a test can make a simple question surprisingly hard to answer: which words should I study, and how will I know I understand them?
The gap we want to close
A word list gives you a place to start. A flashcard helps you recall a definition. But students preparing for an exam can still be left to connect the pieces themselves: choosing a focused set of words, practicing how those words are used, and deciding what needs another look before test day.
Densha exists to address that gap in targeted vocabulary preparation. We believe students need a clearer path from learning a word to understanding it in a question or reading passage, with practice that gives each study session a purpose.
Focused words. Consistent practice. Useful feedback.
Densha brings word banks, practice, and review into one place. With Basic and above, weekly study plans break the work into manageable sets, while daily quizzes give students regular opportunities to check their understanding of definitions and usage.
Quiz results and word mastery help students see what to revisit. Mastery and VIP add targeted missed-word practice and synonym and antonym testing. VIP also offers original sentence writing with tutor feedback, giving students another way to put their vocabulary to work.
Built for test day, useful beyond it
Our aim is to make vocabulary preparation more focused, more manageable, and easier to keep up with. The understanding students build along the way should serve them beyond an exam: in the books they read, the ideas they discuss, and the writing they make their own.
